EGSIDA is composed of professionals with a combined experience of more than 40 years across the public and private sectors, working across multiple international markets.

Our team brings extensive experience in infrastructure development, investment partnerships, government engagement, and strategic project structuring, with deep regional familiarity across the African markets in which EGSIDA operates.

We also possess strong institutional understanding of government systems, policy environments, and decision-making processes across African jurisdictions, enabling us to navigate complex public sector frameworks and support effective coordination across ministries, regulators, and project stakeholders.

This combination of public sector insight and private sector execution experience enables us to effectively align sovereign development priorities with the expectations of institutional capital and international partners.

EGSIDA operates at the intersection of sovereign development priorities and institutional investment. We support governments and private sector partners in structuring bankable projects, frequently through Public–Private Partnership (PPP) and concession frameworks, that enable long-term infrastructure and development investment.
